Lose Weight Safely, Well once again spring is around the corner, and what do we do every year? Crash diets to lose weight. How many times do we lose the weight we want only to gain it all back again during the winter months. What can we do stop the diet roller coaster ride every year?

First of all lets look at some of the factors that can cause us to gain weight. Most of us consume more calories then our body can burn up effectively, in others words we eat too much. Bad food choices, examples, are and we all know the top two issues are junk food and fast food, high carbos, sweets, skipping meals, frozen dinners or pre fab foods, stress eating, watching tv and snacking, lack of exercise, poor food combination choices, not eating three meals a day, eating late at night, eating until you feel full, not drinking liquids while consuming your meal, starving to lose weight, losing pounds to quickly and weight loss programs that you have to buy or purchase their items to lose the weight you want ant then you gain it all back when you stop using the product.

Safe weight loss? Sure there are ways to lose weight and not damage our health or bodies. There are also programs and so called diets that can assist you to lose unwanted pounds, but are all of these programs safe for your body? That is the question you have to ask yourself. What is the cause and effect of rapid weight loss is a question we all need to ask ourselves and consider the long term effects to our health as well as our body.

Fad diets have always been the rage, people in Hollywood or famous people we identify with talk about how they lose weight and why they look so good. But is this really the truth or a promotion for a product? Lets look at some of the diets that are out on the market and see if we can remember any of these, how many have you used because they indorsed them. I know I used at least 3 of the products and they worked but then I gained the weight back after I stopped using the product.
